Introduction

You will learn practical methods to diagnose cultural strengths and gaps, and to link culture to performance. The curriculum focuses on tools you can use immediately to align leadership, processes, and metrics. Sessions combine case work, assessments, and implementation planning for real business challenges.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
